Kirigami makes your fat quarters sing with shapes that evoke elaborate paper cut snowflake designs. The blocks come together to create a large secondary pattern that makes the most of your favorite prints.
Each fat quarter makes two blocks, so you can make this quilt from one of those smaller bundles along with some background fabric. The small 48 x 48 size uses just 8 fat quarters and the large uses 18.
This 11 page pattern is labeled as intermediate/advanced as it does require some precision cutting in 1/8" increments. There is also a paper cutting template included in the pattern. Two sizes are included in the pattern--48x48 and 72x72.
