How to Foundation Paper Piece

Foundation Paper Piecing is one of my favorite techniques--it is great for unusual shapes in blocks and for using up scraps since it greatly reduces the fabric preparation time!  Most FPP patterns don't include step by step instructions so I've put together this page with a bunch of information!

I cover a lot of this information in a video I did on foundation paper piecing economy blocks.  It is a really beginner friendly block since the pattern can all be done in one section.
